Tasks

• Take technical responsibility for critical core applications.
• Manage operations and maintenance of standard applications.

In our Application Management team, you take responsibility for business-critical applications, work closely with the specialist departments, and actively shape the reliable operation of central systems. Your Tasks

• You take on the technical application responsibility as well as deputizing for business-critical core applications
• You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of our standard applications including release, change, and incident management
• You coordinate collaboration between specialist departments, external partners, and internal units and ensure smooth operation
• You conduct business analyses, create concepts and documentation, and support testing
• You participate in diverse projects and maintain close communication with key users

• Higher education in computer science or equivalent preferred.
• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn new applications.
• Strong German and English communication skills required., * Higher education in computer science (HF/FH or equivalent) or on the way to it
• At least two years of experience in supporting standard software; experience with the applications NEST, Innosolvcity, and eForms is an advantage
• Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as willingness to familiarize yourself technically and professionally with new applications
• Independent, customer-oriented working style and high reliability
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as technical English
