Application Manager ERP

• You support and optimize our ERP system (currently SAP, future Opale Solutions) and ensure stable and secure operation
• You accompany the introduction of Opale Solutions and then take over application management
• You actively shape projects and process optimizations, translate specialist requirements into solutions, and manage their implementation
• You work closely with patient administration, finance, ICT, and other internal departments
• You contribute to the on-call service and ensure technical support outside regular working hours, As an Application Manager, you ensure that our ERP system runs reliably and optimally supports clinic operations, from purchasing to patient administration to accounting. You accompany further developments, coordinate requirements from specialist departments, and take responsibility for operation, support, and optimization. As a central contact person, you ensure that all employees can work efficiently and digitally supported.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar, with application management experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and service orientation.
• Excellent German and English communication skills., * You have completed training or studies in computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in supporting and further developing applications, ideally in healthcare, Opale Solutions is an advantage
• You are interested in process optimization and enjoy capturing requirements from specialist departments and translating them into solutions
• You work independently, responsibly, and service-oriented and appreciate collaboration across different professional groups
• You have very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
