IT Delivery Manager

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT Data Services to PF subsidiaries, supporting both Managed and Extended Team operating models.
• Manage the full service lifecycle for data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk mitigation, security and compliance.
• Maintain operational excellence: availability, SLAs, incident/problem/change management, capacity and cost control.
• Support the development of subsidiaries' initiatives and the rollout of new services.
• Maintain mandatory documentation and governance of assets, and ensure adherence to security standards.
• Gather and assess customer feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage external services providers and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the management of the P&L for services within the perimeter.
• Develop and empower team members, providing guidance on performance, motivation and professional growth.
• Handle staff holidays, absences, backup schemes, recruitment processes and performance appraisals.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years in IT delivery roles, including at least 2 years leading multi-squad and multi-country teams.
• Proven track record of delivering IT data solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data, Cloud platforms and CI/CD technologies.
• Demonstrated application ownership for data-centric products, covering run/operate, SLAs, risk and compliance.
• Solid Agile delivery background (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

Nice to Have

• Experience with generative AI technologies for data-driven solutions and business process optimization.
• Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and practical enterprise applications.
