• Respond to Teams and ServiceNow requests, escalating non-standard cases.
• Communicate incidents, changes and service events promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and automation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support BNPP application owners via Teams and ServiceNow tickets.
• Analyse non-standard requests and coordinate with the Expertise Team.
• Monitor IAM services, detecting and alerting on incidents.
• Resolve critical service issues quickly to maintain availability.
• Update knowledge base and automate recurring processes., * Tailored training programs and clear career paths, with national & international mobility.

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• 2-4 years in IAM (authentication/SSO) with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs.
• Strong English (written & spoken); French is a plus.
• Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures.
• Ability to communicate security best practices clearly.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, curiosity and a collaborative spirit.
