SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1-2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation). * Translate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs. * Work closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements. * Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages. * Support testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules. * Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics. * Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities with key stakeholders. * Support other HRIS-related initiatives when needed (e.g. Workforce Management). What you'll bring * 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and/or operation of SAP SuccessFactors. * Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules. * Good understanding of HR processes and best practices. * Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors. * Basic understanding of integrations and data flows is a plus. * Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee) is an advantage. * SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role. * Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment. * Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setup. * Fluent English.
