• Managing and optimizing SAP modules to meet Marel's business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and implement SAP solutions.
• Supporting SAP system enhancements, updates, and customizations to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues, providing expert-level support to users and stakeholders.
• Monitoring system performance, ensuring stability, and implementing best practices for SAP usage.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes through SAP solutions.
• Supporting Marel's digital transformation journey by leveraging SAP capabilities and innovations.

• Proven experience in SAP application management, support, or implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP and one or more SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, PP, or WM).
• Familiarity with functional design, SAP customization, and integration tools is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing SAP challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with users and stakeholders.

• The ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment.
