About the job German speaking Remote in Spain Remote Customer Service Representative - Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only) Remote from anywhere in mainland Spain (excluding islands) or hybrid from our Barcelona officeFull-time · Temporary contract Join a dynamic, multilingual team supporting innovative brands across industries like technology, travel, fashion, and finance. Work-from-home setup available across mainland Spain Hybrid if you live in Barcelona 39h/week schedule: Monday-Friday between 09:00 and 20:00 Assist customers through incoming support requests Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch Keep users updated with resolution progress What we're looking for: Fluency in German and a solid command of English Great communication and customer care skills
Requirements
Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech Familiarity with Windows and macOS Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role Please note: Remote work is only available from mainland Spain.
