Manager for LLM & Generative AI Systems

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing, well-funded deep-tech company and Europe's largest quantum software provider, recognized globally for excellence in AI and quantum computing. The team is expanding and is looking for an experienced Manager in Generative AI to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of LLM and Generative AI systems in production environments., * Lead an international team of engineers to deliver advanced Generative AI and LLM solutions.

• Define technical strategy, design solutions, and ensure quality and scalability of AI systems.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion: scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Lead the integration of AI models into production environments and client workflows.
• Mentor, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative culture.

• Master's or PhD in AI, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in deep learning or AI; 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, fine-tuning, alignment, pruning, and compression techniques.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud-based production environments.
• Strong Python, Docker, Git skills; knowledge of GitHub / GitLab workflows.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
