Software Engineer (Drupal PHP)

Agile Development Lead .NET Cloud Architecture Software Design Wizeline is seeking a Development Lead to guide one or more teams of 5-7 developers using Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum). You will lead the development of our web-based platforms, contribute code, mentor teammates, assist in migrations, redesign systems for cloud architectures, and improve automation pipelines. Collaboration with developers, testers, and stakeholders is essential, as is advocating for organizational standards. You will champion technology use, balancing technical elegance with practical benefits. Responsibilities * Lead development teams using Agile practices. * Develop web-based platforms for data analysis. * Contribute code to systems. * Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing. * Assist in migrations from legacy systems. * Redesign systems for cloud architectures. * Maintain and improve automation pipelines. * Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders. * Advocate for organizational standards. * Champion the appropriate use of technology. Nice to Have * AWS experience. * Experience with Docker, Terraform, or Azure DevOps. * Fluent in English. * Strong communication skills. * Excellent business judgment. * Experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.). * Experience with flow diagramming tools (LucidChart, Visio, etc.). * Experience with UX/UI mockup tools (Balsamiq, Sketch, etc.).
