As a Software Support Engineer, you will collaborate with talented professionals, applying your technical and analytical skills to support secure, user-friendly applications that make a real impact on the market.
Please note that this position is based in Inexto Spain. We require a hybrid working model, with regular presence at our Madrid office. Responsibilities
- Manage second-level application support
- Create and monitor support requests with our ticketing tool
- Filter and fix issues and escalare if necessary
- Ensure communication with our development teams in Europe
- Investigate logs/traces on Microsoft systems
- Support the integration of our solution in various industries and customers
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Software or IT environment
- Good SQL language knowledge (queries, etc.)
- Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledge
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP)
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server
- Customer-oriented, solution-oriented,analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel from time to time
- Very good English level (spoken and written)
