As a Senior Security Engineer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and evolving the security strategy across our products and platforms. You will work closely with development, architecture, and business teams to ensure security by design. Key responsibilities: * Designing, implementing, and improving cloud-security architectures, controls and automation. * Lead initiatives related to Application Security, Cloud Security, and Infrastructure Security. * Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews. * Define and maintain security standards, policies, and best practices. * Coordinate and execute security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.Collaborate with development teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps). * Provide expert support during

security incidents and mitigation processes. * Act as a technical security reference within the organization. * Owning full lifecycle of security metrics and KPIs, giving leadership clear, data-driven visibility of risk and progress. * Leading monitoring and incident response for cloud workloads. * Create automated dashboards (PowerBI, Grafana, QuickSight, etc.) and monthly and quarterly executive reports. * Maintain documentation runbooks, risk registers, incident logs. * Mentor engineers and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in security roles and 6+ years of experience in IT. * Strong experience and deep hands in cloud security (AWS, Azure..). * Advanced knowledge of AppSec, IAM, network security, and encryption. Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer,...) a plus. * Hands-on experience with security tools. * Knowledge of frameworks and standards. *
