Job description
DTN is looking for a System & Network Engineer to join our team and support the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical systems and infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver reliable solutions, ensuring smooth project execution and long-term operational success.
What you will be responsible for:
- Deploy DTN systems and related infrastructure, including servers and databases.
- Install, configure, and maintain networks for DTN projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Support) to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during design, execution, and support phases.
- Apply DevOps practices and tools to streamline deployment and maintenance., * Hybrid Work Model

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
- Good technical skills with operating systems (Windows, Unix, Windows Server), databases (Postgres), TCP/UDP/IP networks (LAN/WAN), cybersecurity, and programming (Python, Java, etc.).
- Good experience with DevOps practices, including Docker and WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux).
- Knowledge of software methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Atlassian suite).
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good collaboration, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Benefits & conditions
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €26,250- €35,000 annually. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
