Job description
As a Data Office Director within our Global Product Strategy department (GPS), you will play a key role in building and leading the GPS Data Office, driving our transition to a data-driven organization. You will define and implement data governance, manage the data & AI roadmap, and promote data literacy across GPS, collaborating closely with the Data Factory (DaFa) and cross-functional teams., Establish GPS data governance, master data management, and KPI frameworks.
- Define and lead the data & AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases with business teams.
- Recruit and manage a business data analyst to support operational analysis.
- Drive industrialization of GPS data assets (Power BI, Google Cloud Platform).
- Lead the GPS data community, fostering upskilling and best practices.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful delivery., 13th-month salary, contribution to results bonus, profit-sharing / employee participation, and transportation allowance

Requirements
Background:
- 10+ years' experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Advanced degree in data science, computer science, business, life sciences, or equivalent.
Hard Skills :
- Expertise in data governance, KPI management, data cataloging
- Good understanding in BI tools (Power BI), data platforms (Google Cloud), and AI technologies.
- Ability to structure and follow the development and implementation of data and AI assets, lead cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in English ; proficiency in French would be a plus.
