Senior Site Reliability Engineer

• Scale our infrastructure by designing and implementing multi-region clusters and shared SQL databases to support our expansion.
• Improve deployment pipelines, ensuring the branded app deployment process (iOS & Android) runs efficiently on EC2 instances.
• Modularise our Django backend and databases with domain-based deployments to enhance reliability and maintainability.
• Orchestrate our frontend using mono-repositories and module federation, streamlining our development workflow.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer efficiency and code deployment reliability.
• Manage and deploy internal and external observability solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or backend development.
• Strong expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and high-availability architectures.
• Proficiency in Python & Django.
• Experience with SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL (bonus for Database Administration experience).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, you take ownership of projects and push for technical excellence.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate across teams.
