Job description
In this position, your role will be to coordinate the development of embedded web applications in our products and smartphone applications. You will participate in defining specifications, distribute tasks to internal teams and partners, monitor progress, and resolve issues. You will work in a web-oriented technical environment and collaborate in an agile mode., * Participate in defining specifications and ensure their product and system consistency.
- Distribute tasks to internal and external developers via ticket management.
- Delegate tasks and monitor them until delivery.
- Participate in daily meetings and coordinate cross-functional exchanges.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or escalate issues if necessary.
- Work comfortably in a technical environment focused on web development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in IT development.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT development, including 3 years in project management.
- Skills in RUST development for back-end, TypeScript/Angular/Bootstrap for front-end.
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1) due to the international nature of the position.
Additional skills that could make you even more unique:
- Experience in C/C++
- Experience in project management in a continuous improvement CI/CD environment
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
