Digital Solution Administration Specialist

As a Digital Solutions Administrator, you will be part of the engine room that ensures the organization's digital environments run efficiently, securely, and in alignment with evolving business needs. You will manage, optimize, and support digital solutions that are essential to operations across the company's global footprint.

• Administer and maintain digital solutions, ensuring peak performance, availability, and security.
• Configure and deploy digital platforms including enterprise applications, cloud services, and integrated systems.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and enhancements to keep platforms secure and optimized.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards, conducting audits and implementing security best practices.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future development.
• Provide expert-level technical support to end-users and internal teams, resolving complex system challenges.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen system efficiency and functionality.
• Lead or support digital solution initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect are highly recommended. Proficiency in administering and managing digital solutions, including cloud platforms, enterprise software, and digital tools, is essential. A master's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital solution administration, IT systems management, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing digital environments.
• Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining digital solutions across various platforms, including cloud-based environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in system administration, including the management of servers, databases, and application environments.
