Deep expertise in Windows and Cloud Infrastructure* (AWS preferred). Ability to script and automate tasks using PowerShell/Python or Low-Code tools. Knowledge of MDM tools (like JAMF and Intune). Understanding of networking fundamentals. Knowledge of MacOS and Linux platforms. A problem-solving mindset: with the ability to zoom out, propose smarter solutions that are effective on a larger scope. Solid documentation and operational handover habits, empowering others to follow clear processes.
