Job description

As a Senior Product Owner Connectivity, you will take ownership of one of our core connectivity domains-like datacenter, campus, transport, or operational technology. You will guide your team in delivering reliable, scalable, and secure connectivity services that meet business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Translating stakeholder needs into a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Owning the roadmap and lifecycle of your connectivity services.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
  • Ensuring service health, performance, and security across your domain.
  • Aligning backlog items with broader ART and organizational goals.
  • Facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement with your team.
  • Monitoring delivery quality and providing feedback to improve outcomes.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in IT infrastructure and service management.
  • Proven experience in Agile and SAFe environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and DevSecOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of network technologies and security frameworks.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
