SAP Data Transformation & Migration Lead

Within the Powered Data team, we leverage our global end-to-end Data Transformation & Migration methodology and collaborate closely with colleagues around the world to deliver business and data transformations effectively and efficiently.

From the moment you start, you'll be a full-fledged team member, working hands-on with our clients' data. You'll be working with clients from the very first day, alongside teammates on large projects, with significant responsibility right from the start.

As an experienced consultant within the Powered Data team, you'll be considered the go-to expert for data within transformation projects. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact and be a role model.

Typical projects you'll be involved in include ERP transformations, M&A projects, and/or specific data migration projects with a defined scope (e.g., system replacements, regulatory-driven data migrations). These projects all have data as a critical factor for success, and therefore, data will be central to your daily work.

In short, we are looking for a curious, passionate and driven colleague to join our ambitious team!, * Lead end-to-end data transformation and migration projects, ensuring resourcing, planning, streamlined collaboration, and effective delivery within the set time and budget;

• Lead multiple teams and coordinate with key stakeholders on data migration projects for large-scale organizations;
• Relationship management and daily contact person for large and complex (international) projects;
• Cross- and deep-selling to existing customers and contributing to the annual sales plan for these customers;
• Maintaining a strong network of customers;
• Providing tailor-made advice to our clients on their data quality, data transformation process and the associated challenges;
• Identify improvement opportunities and stimulate innovation within data transformation and migration;
• Contribute to the development of the team by organizing knowledge meetings, team activities or recruitment activities;
• Coaching and mentoring managers and (senior) consultants on both a technical and professional level.

• At least 8 years of demonstrable experience, preferably with a balance between consultancy and non-consultancy work;
• Experience and demonstrable results with SAP architectures data modeling and data management concepts;
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to assist and guide junior team members in their development;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• Relevant network is an advantage;
• You are flexible and willing to travel internationally for your clients.
