Application Administrator - Microsoft 365

As an experienced Application Administrator Microsoft 365, you focus on making the daily work of hundreds of colleagues smarter, simpler and more efficient.

In this role, you translate business needs into smart solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and work hands-on on innovation, automation and management of applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate. With your knowledge, pragmatic mindset and passion for technology, you help Sioux become more digital while bridging the gap between business and IT., From our office in Eindhoven you like to keep yourself busy with:

• Configuring and managing Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform
• Automating repetitive tasks using Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents
• Sparring with internal stakeholders on functional needs and translating these into technical solutions
• Advising on and implementing improvements in workflows, document management and collaboration
• Managing role-based security models and user permissions
• Optimising the performance and user experience of Microsoft applications
• Supporting end users and colleagues with your expertise and solution-oriented mindset, * Flexible 32-40 hour working week, with room to work from home.

• At least 3 years of experience in a (technical) application administrator role
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Services, SQL Server, Dataverse/JSON is a plus
• Familiar with process automation, app design and data modelling
• Experience in integrating external data sources is a bonus
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Business IT & Management, or a similar field
• You can easily switch between technical language and user-friendly communication
• You are proactive, analytical, customer-focused and communicative
