Policy Officer IT & Program Management

For our client active in healthcare, we're on the hunt for a Policy Officer IT and Program Management.

As policy officer IT & Program Management, you will support the management of the IT department. This may entail preparing meetings content-wise, policy files and (policy) projects. You will set up improvement projects regarding quality and efficiency within your domain and follow-up on the implementation.

Other tasks may include:

• Assisting in the preparation of policy plans, investment files, and annual budget
• Preparing accreditation and work procedures
• As an expert in legal obligations regarding IT and program management concerning BFM financing, you will prepare these files.
• Processing and analysing policy information for the department
• Coordinating new and ongoing projects to optimize the (daily) operation of the department
• Supporting the management of the department and taking care of the agenda, preparation, and reporting of the management meetings
• Master's degree
• Affinity with IT and Program Management
• Strong understanding of business economics
• Proven experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Dutch
• Experience within healthcare is an added value!
