• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Requirements

• Translate existing concepts and requirements into high-quality UX designs using Figma.
• Design intuitive input patterns that align with the needs and behaviors of end users.
• Lead and facilitate user workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create clear, user-friendly forms with well-labeled fields, robust validations, and thoughtful error handling.
• Ensure consistency in UI components, terminology, and visual language across the platform.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
• Identify UX/UI challenges and proactively propose solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction.

• Immediate availability is required.
• Minimum of MBO education, preferably HBO in design, art, multimedia, or a related field.
• A public online portfolio showcasing recent projects and insight into your design process.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI or digital designer.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Figma or Sketch.
• 1+ year of experience working with design tokens in scalable design systems.
• Solid understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React or Angular frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
