As a SAP MDG Techno-Functional Lead, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data management strategy.
• Oversee MDG data models, UI configurations, workflows, validations, derivations, and BRF-based rules framework.
• Develop and optimize ABAP enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, and user exits to meet business requirements.
• Guide development team members, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure delivery quality.
• Design and implement integration between MDG and SAP ECC/S4 HANA, SAP PO/CPI, and external systems.
• Work with IDocs, OData, RFC, BAPIs, ALE, and web services for seamless data distribution across systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to define MDG integration strategies for hybrid/multi-system landscapes.
• Lead workshops, prepare functional and technical specifications, and support UAT activities.
• Support data quality initiatives, governance policies, and process harmonization efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on SAP MDG strategy, roadmap, and innovations., * Design and deliver innovative MDG solutions that align with enterprise data strategy.
• Mentor and guide technical teams while ensuring quality and best practices are followed.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose scalable solutions.
• Support continuous process improvements and promote data governance best practices.

• 8-12 years of overall SAP experience with at least 3-5 years of strong SAP MDG expertise.
• Proven track record of at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MDG FI implementation.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with ability to bridge business and IT requirements.
• Deep knowledge of Master Data domains (Business Partner, Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).
• Expertise in MDG Data Modeling, DRF (Data Replication Framework), BRF+, FPM UI, and Workflow.
• Experience in integrating MDG with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external applications.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP, BRF+, BADIs, BAPIs, ALE, RFC, OData services, and Web Services.
