Senior field it specialist

Right now, we're looking for a new colleague to join our Regional FIT & IT Support Team in the position of Senior Field IT Specialist., * Maintain and support IT infrastructure services including hardware, servers, networks, and end-user devices (., RF handhelds, VPN, wireless).

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT service issues, including incident management, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Provide expert advice and support to end users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with external IT vendors for infrastructure setup and service delivery.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, including infrastructure support and warehouse management and WMS overall.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments, . RF/barcode scanners.
• Familiarity with IT governance, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
