  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals (IAM, logging, networking, resource management, cost monitoring), preferably Google Cloud; AWS/Azure is a plus
  • Familiarity with data/workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Argo Workflows, Airflow, SLURM, Kafka)
  • Cloud certifications (e.g. Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer) are a plus
  • Comfortable collaborating in small teams and communicating with non-infrastructure colleagues
  • Strong focus on quality with a pragmatic mindset, able to balance long-term robustness with practical solutions

Benefits & conditions

  • With this job you ensure a lasting impact in the field of sustainable energy and weather forecasting
  • The opportunity to bring your own ideas into action. You will have a lot of freedom in this role
  • Room to grow, with learning opportunities both technical and personal
  • Everyone in our team is eager to learn from and share knowledge with each other
  • Travel allowance of €0,23 per km (door-to-door)
  • An awesome job for at least 32 hours a week (depending on your preference)
  • We have a nice office space in the NEXTDelft building where we would love to welcome you, in combination with working from home
  • Pension fully paid by Whiffle, because we care about your future!
  • Up to 31 days off
  • 65K - 87K gross salary, depending on your level of experience
