Job description
- Design, implement, and manage the Atlassian tool stack, with primary focus on Bamboo, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
- Administer, optimize, and enhance Bamboo (including build plan creation, migration, performance tuning, upgrades, and high availability).
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
- Lead migrations of applications from on-premise environments to cloud/Kubernetes platforms.
- Automate operational tasks using Ansible and integrate CI/CD toolsets for efficient delivery pipelines.
- Monitor application health and server performance, proactively implementing preventive measures.
- Provide development planning for the team to ensure adoption of best practices in design, implementation, and operations.
- Act as the owner of the Atlassian tools stack, guiding the platform tools team and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with project managers, delivery managers, and engineering teams to evaluate business value of proposed features.
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, and toolchain management.
- Proven expertise in Atlassian tools stack administration (Bamboo, JIRA, Bitbucket).
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud migrations.
- Hands-on skills in Linux OS administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, configuration management, and Agile/DevOps environments.
- Experience with automation (Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Python programming (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lead teams, define roadmaps, and deliver enterprise-grade platform solutions.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead and mentor a technical team, fostering adoption of best practices.
- Translate organizational priorities into a clear product vision and technical roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Atlassian tools and Kubernetes environments.
