Strategize, Implement, Test & Learn
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Analyze ecommerce performance data to uncover insights and provide recommendations improving user experience, conversion, and site performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular KPI reports for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to define reporting needs and deliver compelling visualizations via Power BI.
Insights & Optimization
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across ecommerce and business datasets.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply insights to campaigns, optimizations, and initiatives.
Accuracy, Optimize & Automate
AI Adoption & Innovation
- Pioneer AI adoption in analytics and insight workflows, introducing tools that accelerate decision-making.
- Leverage Copilot and similar AI capabilities to automate report generation, enhance data storytelling, and reduce manual analysis.
- Continuously explore and pilot emerging AI technologies to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Analytics Platform Ownership
- Own the implementation and management of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager across ecommerce platforms.
- Configure and maintain tracking codes, events, and custom dimensions to ensure accurate, reliable data collection.
- Conduct regular audits and optimizations to align tracking with evolving business goals.
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure consistency in campaign tracking, tagging, and UTM structures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data visualization and reporting frameworks.
- Implement robust QA processes to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Collaborate & Report Like a Pro
- Work closely with ecommerce, digital marketing, and regional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on performance goals.
- Consolidate and communicate campaign results, sharing insights and best practices across markets.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that inform future campaign planning and commercial strategy.
Requirements
You are a data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ecommerce performance, and a talent for turning insights into meaningful action. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment where precision, curiosity, and accountability drive continuous improvement.
Education Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Experience Required
- 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce or business intelligence (either agency or in-house).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; strong experience with Power BI.
- Experience implementing and optimizing analytics tracking for ecommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and performance reports (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs.
- Experience with Databricks, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
Special Requirements

- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and data-visualization skills-able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
