Desktop Support Engineer

Quistor is looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support to our internal employees and ensuring their desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices operate seamlessly. You will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure while collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional IT service.

Do you have experience in macOS?, * 1-3 years of experience in a related desktop support position.

• In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems along with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with both Windows and Mac OS, as well as mobile device support, is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to end-users.
• In addition to fluency in Dutch, you possess a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
• Proficient in various Microsoft products including Office365, Azure, Autopilot, and more.
• Able to plan, organize, and structure tasks efficiently and flexibly.
• Collaborates constructively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Residing in or near Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands, or close to our offices in Madrid or Malaga.
