We are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on architect-passionate about designing scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions with a strong link to software engineering processes. As a Solution Architect specializing in AI for Engineering, you will:
- Define and govern architecture for GenAI platforms, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, that support our engineers in doing their day-to-day work.
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud-native AI workloads.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate vision into actionable designs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, driving AI strategy, scalability, responsible AI principles, and the successful delivery of AI solutions.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with engineering squads, product owners, and business teams to align architecture with strategic goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.

- Describe an AI solution (preferably Generative AI) that you have designed or implemented. How did you ensure scalability, security, and compliance? Which technologies and architectural patterns did you use?
- Describe how you would solve the task of creating an architecture for a GenAI-powered knowledge assistant serving 8,000 engineers in a regulated enterprise. The assistant should answer questions from internal documentation via a conversational interface. What key principles and decisions would guide your solution?
- Give an example of how you have collaborated with multiple stakeholders (engineers, product owners, business teams) as a Solution Architect. How did you translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact?

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Relentless in problem-solving and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills-able to simplify complexity and build trust.
- Mentorship mindset-guide engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation., * 7+ years in IT roles, including 3+ years in Solution Architecture in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLM application development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), and expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of API gateways and service mesh technologies (e.g., Kong, Istio).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
