SAP System Analyst

We are looking for someone to help us capitalize on our evolving technology landscape, by supporting the application of these systems to our new facility; establishing a sustainable foundation of business knowledge, ownership and technical excellence; and proactively preparing us for future developments and introduction of S/4 HANA and SAP DM. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with an average of 3 days a week on site - this will initially be in our Eynsham facility but will transition to our new Bicester site from the end of 2026/beginning of 2027. You'll bring proven experience and knowledge of major SAP systems and an understanding of how these systems integrate and their dependencies:SAP ECC - material and stock control, financial posting, data quality and correctionsSAP ME - configurating operations, data collections, tools, deviations and moreSAP EWM - configuration of process, storage locations and binsSAP APO - configuration of resource capacity limits You'll also bring:Experience in testing and deployment across development, integration and production systemsProven ability to engage with business users to understand process needs, gather requirements and resolve challengesDemonstrable experience of balancing day-to-day resolution of incidents with project tasksThe ability to work according to, and contribute to continuously improving, team processes ensuring execution, documentation and transparency
