Lead consultative workshops to gather customer requirements.Translate business needs into Lenovo-delivered IT solutions.Develop business cases and cost-effective service solutions.Drive technical validation and certification of proposed solutions.Anticipate future trends and shape strategic solution visions.Challenge existing processes to improve value delivery.Build strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels.
Requirements
Proven ability to translate customer needs into IT services with business value.Deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation.Strong technical knowledge of end-user environments and transition planning.Experience creating business cases that demonstrate ROI and cost savings.Skilled in complex deal solutioning and financial modeling.5+ years in requirements definition, project/change management, and problem-solving.Multilingual with excellent communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with infrastructure, datacenter, and network presales isa plus.
