In this role, you'll lead strategic engagements with major corporate clients, delivering innovative AI-driven & AI-first Digital Workplace Solutions that go beyond hardware-spanning across Unified Endpoint Management, DEX, Service Desk & Collaboration. You'll tackle the challenges of hybrid work, cloud enablement, multi-device environments, and user experience-driven talent strategies.

This role reports to the EMEA Leader for Lenovo Digital Workplace solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end customer relationships for complex Digital Workplace Services solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design high-value, customer-centric solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across new and existing accounts.
  • Focus on large-scale deals leveraging Lenovo's full portfolio combining end user devices with a comprehensive portfolio of end to end Digital Workplace Services
  • Build executive-level relationships and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Navigate governance processes and ensure financial health of deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services to corporate clients, preferably with Global System Integrators or larger service providers within the Benelux region.
  • Proven success in leading large IT Services transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and value-based selling skills across CXO, technical, and finance stakeholders.
  • An existing network of contacts in large enterprises across Benelux.
  • Thought leadership and a disruptive mindset to drive cultural change.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and how to leverage them effectively.
  • Drive the change from product-oriented selling to value and service selling.
  • Fluency with Dutch language.
