• Helping mobilise delivery teams and providing the right architectural frameworks, standards, and artefacts for success.
• Supporting business development through solutioning, proposal creation, and pre-sales discussions.

We are seeking a Senior Manager - SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with deep expertise in utilities industry processes and a passion for designing scalable, future-ready solutions., * Strong experience implementing SAP solutions within the Utilities sector (Water, Electricity Transmission or Distribution, Nuclear, Renewable Energy).

• At least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations in utilities.
• Deep functional/technical expertise in one or more core SAP domains (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Asset Management/EAM).
• Led solution strategy and architectural design across multiple end-to-end S/4HANA programmes.
• Strong ability to adapt to new SAP technologies quickly in a fast-changing landscape.
• A passion for understanding client strategy and turning complex requirements into elegant, scalable, and robust solutions.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience building trusted client relationships.
• Pre-sales experience and the ability to support pursuit strategy, proposals, and solutioning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle shifting priorities.
