SAP MM Lead Consultant

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nEquivalent qualifications or training will also be considered.\r\n
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM with a proven track record of implementing SAP-based materials management solutions.\r\n
• Deep understanding of the materials management process, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.\r\n
• Ability to design systems that accommodate unique customer requirements.\r\n
• Direct experience with S/4HANA projects or certification in S/4HANA is highly desirable.\r\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.\r\n
• Analytical mindset for identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing solutions.\r\n
• You would need to spek fluent English and minimum B2-C1 German.\n\n\r\n
• You need to be based in Germany.\r\n

Role and Responsibilities: \r\n

This role focuses on managing SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in the materials management (MM) area, and requires a mix of technical, consulting, and leadership skills. \r\n \r\n

• Oversee complex SAP S/4HANA projects related to materials management.Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions.\r\n
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP MM capabilities to enhance business processes.\r\n
• Incorporate industry best practices in solution design.Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to analyze current business processes.\r\n
• Plan and execute fit-gap analyses to assess areas of improvement.Develop tailored solutions and implement process enhancements to meet client needs.\r\n
• Collaborate with nearshore/offshore teams for smooth delivery of implementations.Serve as a primary point of contact for client project management teams, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution.\r\n
