Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks, ensuring all drawings meet quality standards and manufacturing requirements. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to bring concepts to life., * Create detailed manufacturing drawings and layouts from 3D models (SolidWorks).

• Develop fabrication and assembly drawings, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Manage BOMs within the company ERP system.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and parts databases.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs meet client and business needs.
• Adhere to health & safety and quality assurance standards.

• Strong background in sheet metal design and steel fabrication.
• Experience as a Design Engineer or Draughtsman within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Minimum qualification: National Diploma (or equivalent in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering).
