Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in SAP FI/CO, including hands-on exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).\r\n
  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent training.\r\n
  • Solid background in finance and controlling processes, with the ability to integrate business needs into technical solutions.\r\n
  • Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies and tools.\r\n
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into system specifications.\r\n
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.\r\n
  • Experience in leading teams and fostering collaboration with onshore and offshore resources.\r\n
  • This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining strong client relationships.\r\n
  • Fluent English is required to be successful in this role.\r\n

Role and Responsibilities: \r\n \r\n

  • Drive end-to-end implementation projects in SAP Finance and/or Controlling domains.\r\n
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project alignment with their needs.\r\n
  • Identify opportunities where SAP solutions can enhance business processes.\r\n
  • Integrate industry best practices into solutions tailored to client needs.\r\n
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and fit-to-standard workshops to align SAP solutions with client requirements.\r\n
  • Lead discussions on how the client's processes can map to SAP standards.\r\n
  • Create and adapt solutions to address identified gaps in business processes.\r\n
  • Propose and implement measures for process improvement.\r\n
  • Ensure effective system implementation, coordinating closely with nearshore/offshore teams.\r\n
  • Manage collaboration across distributed teams to maintain project timelines and quality.\r\n
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to clients and their project management teams.\r\n
  • Provide insights and guidance on project progress and technical decisions.\r\n
