Job description

Are you a proven Data & Development Manager looking to step into an exciting leadership position?

You'll take ownership of an Azure-based data and application ecosystem, settling engineering standards, driving reliable and scalable delivery to assist the evolution of DevOps and CI/CD practises. By working closely with Architects, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders you'll ensure solutions are aligned with real business needs and steer the future direction of the organisation., * Lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams to deliver high-quality data and software solutions

  • Own and evolve the Azure engineering platforms and ensuring reliable, well-governed delivery across environments
  • Design and shape modern cloud and data architectures, supporting the transition to Microsoft Fabric by ensuring robust data pipelines, integrations and analytics platforms
  • Enable the future of AI and automation, guiding the safe adoption of low-code solutions and preparing platforms for AI-driven workloads

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic Data & Development Manager to lead our developers and data engineers in building and governing high-impact applications, data platforms and automation solutions. This is a hands-on role combining technical leadership with people management. If you bring strong data engineering expertise, solid software development knowledge and enthusiasm for AI and cloud technology, this is your chance!, * Proven technical leader with experience managing and developing teams

  • Strong data engineering specialist, hands on knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, analytics platforms and solid grounding in software development and API-based services
  • Cloud and DevOps expertise across Azure
  • Technically curious and future-focused with exposure to strong interest in Microsoft Fabric, modern data and automation patterns
  • Strong stakeholder and delivery focus
