Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help design and deliver the platforms that support our growing business. You'll be part of an Agile team, working closely with product and engineering colleagues to create systems that are innovative, scalable, and secure. This role is central to shaping solutions that will power our next phase of growth., + Develop and maintain web, mobile, and backend systems that make life easier for our customers.
- Work within a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, well-tested code.
- Turn product requirements into effective, reliable software solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.
- Ensure systems are robust, secure, and perform to high standards.

Requirements
- Strong background in Microsoft .NET technologies and web application frameworks
- Commercial experience with: C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, WCF, Windows Services, RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of industry best practices, development processes, and methodologies
- Proven track record delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, + Enthusiastic about designing and building software that makes a difference
- Analytical and detail-focused, able to solve problems quickly and effectively
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
- Curious and motivated to keep learning and growing
