We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful Salesforce customer in the manufacturing sector, who are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Manager to take ownership of their Salesforce platform. This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven Salesforce professional with consulting experience to shape and optimise CRM strategy across Sales, Experience, and Service Cloud.

This role offers engaging work in a supportive environment, where new ideas are encouraged and success is recognised., Take full ownership of the Salesforce platform as Administrator and Product Owner.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce across Sales, Experience, and Service Cloud.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement best practices.
- Oversee data quality, user adoption, and continuous system improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner.
- Background working for or with a consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively., Manufacturing industry exposure is desirable., Must hold a valid Salesforce Certification
