Job description
As E-commerce Manager , you will be the owner of our Shopify ecosystem.
You will ensure our sites are fast, flawless, conversion-optimised, and constantly improving.
You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, Creative teams, and external developers to turn traffic into revenue - while maintaining an extremely high standard of execution.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where ideas, execution, and ownership are equally important., Website Ownership & Performance
- Own and manage all Shopify storefronts across USA, UK and EU
- Ensure zero errors , broken flows, or customer-facing issues at all times
- Maintain best-in-class site speed, UX, and conversion performance
- Act as the final gatekeeper for anything that goes live on site
Strategy Across Brands
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy for:
- ripple zero nic
- ripple home
- Tailor site experience, merchandising, and landing pages by:
- Product category
- Campaign and traffic source
- Partner with marketing to support launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes
Site Audits & Quality Control
- Run regular full-site audits
- Proactively identify and fix:
- UX friction
- Checkout issues
- Tracking gaps
- Mobile vs desktop inconsistencies
- Maintain documentation and checklists to ensure long-term quality
New Site Build Completion
- Own the process of our new site build
- Act as the internal project lead between:
- Designers
- Developers
- Internal stakeholders
- Ensure builds ship:
- On time
- On brief
- With zero critical issues
CRO, Testing & Experimentation
- Lead conversion rate optimisation across all sites
- Build and test:
- Landing pages
- PDP improvements
- Checkout enhancements
- Funnels by traffic source
- Implement and manage testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate where relevant)
- Turn insights into shipped improvements - not just reports
SASS Implementation & Testing
- Own implementation of new ecommerce software and tools
- Evaluate, test, and roll out:
- CRO tools
- Analytics & tracking solutions
- Personalisation tools
- Ensure clean integrations with Shopify and our wider tech stack
Reporting & Insights
- Own reporting on all website performance metrics , including:
- Conversion rate
- AOV
- Revenue by site and region
- Funnel performance
- Page-level performance
- Translate data into clear actions and recommendations

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in DTC ecommerce
- Deep experience managing Shopify stores
- Proven CRO and experimentation experience
- Experience working across multiple regions or storefronts
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
