Scrum Master - CMS & Azure DevOps

• Lead Agile delivery for CMS-based projects, acting as a servant leader and Agile coach.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and digital teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, sprint plans, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with UX, content, development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CMS releases.
• Support roadmap planning and incremental delivery of CMS enhancements and features.
• Drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with experience delivering CMS-driven digital platforms such as Optimizely CMS (or similar CMS solutions). The role requires strong Agile leadership, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), and the ability to guide teams delivering content, marketing, and digital experience platforms., * 8-12 years of overall experience, with strong Scrum Master experience on CMS platforms such as Optimizely CMS or similar.

• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile delivery and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and digital application delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
