Scrum Master

• Manage parallel delivery workstreams across AI, data, and product initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a clear delivery cadence (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros.)
• Coordinate priorities across business, technology, and external vendors.
• Identify delivery risks early and proactively unblock teams.
• Bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous transformation environments.
• Ensure delivery tooling (eg Jira, Azure DevOps) is used effectively and consistently.
• Support senior stakeholders by reducing delivery noise and escalation.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery role within complex organisations.
• Background in commercial real estate, property, construction, infrastructure, or similar asset-heavy environments.
• Experience working on technology-enabled transformation programmes, not just pure software teams.
• Comfortable operating where Agile needs to be adapted, not rigidly applied.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure to AI, data, or analytics-led initiatives.
• Experience working with global teams, including US-based stakeholders.
• Previous involvement in organisations new to Agile delivery.
