Senior Insight AnalystLocation: West Midlands (3 days per week)Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefitsAn established UK leader in the industrial distribution space is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to join its growing Business Transformation team. This role sits at the heart of a business currently modernising its data and reporting landscape, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations.You'll play a key role in translating complex data into actionable insight - exploring pricing, rebate performance, cost-to-serve, and ecommerce visibility. Working with modern Microsoft technologies (including Power BI and Fabric), you'll help shape a cleaner, more unified reporting environment following a major ERP transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead analysis on pricing structures, rebate performance, and margin optimisation.Deliver insights across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and warehousing.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.Support ecommerce and digital performance analysis, defining key metrics.Partner with finance on reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.Identify data trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Skills & Experience:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally in a wholesale/distribution setting.Proficiency with Power BI and SQL (experience with Microsoft Fabric a plus).Experience in wholesale, distribution or manufacturing sector.If you would like to register your interest send your cv to riversteytler@harnham.com or apply below.
