IT / Software Junior Project Manager

• Support the Senior Project Manager to deliver projects to agreed scope, quality, and timelines within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment
• Assist in the development and execution of detailed project plans
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with Azure DevOps sprints
• Coordinate and schedule activities with internal technical teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Liaise with clients to gather, understand, and document project requirements and scope
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and governance materials
• Manage and update RAID logs
• Support governance processes throughout the full project lifecycle

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Experience using Azure DevOps (desirable)
• Ability to manage documentation and coordinate multiple workstreams
