If you have a minimum 1-2 years of IT support experience, then please read on! IT Support Analyst Salary up to £25,000 plus great benefits! Offices in Hayes Duties:

Provide 1^st and 2^nd level support to IT systems, services and end users
Co-ordinate and plan the incoming tickets
Ensuring the IT policies are implemented
Play an active part in projects
