Job description
- Lead the development and implementation of our asset management strategy
- Oversee stock condition data governance and reporting
- Prepare forward investment plans and advise the Exec and Board
- Drive decarbonisation planning and portfolio optimisation
- Engage with residents to inform strategy and respond to concerns
- Oversee property transactions and planning obligations
- Build and lead a high-performing team of c.20, including c.4 direct reports, * Mental health support

Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in data governance, compliance, and lifecycle planning
- Degree and professional qualifications in relevant disciplines (Degree in Asset Management, Building Surveying, or Data Analytics, Professional qualifications (MRICS, CIOB, CIH Level 4)
- Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel independently to sites and offices as required
- Passion for improving housing quality for older people
