Solutions Architect

Role; My client are a prestigious membership organisation and have an exciting newly created role for a Solutions Architect. This is a hands-on role responsible for technical design and development for all technology for the organisation. One of the major initial focuses of this role will be setting out the appropriate design and structure for the next evolution of the CRM and implementing that design. The successful candidate has the following experience

• A computer related Bachelor's Degree (eg Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering) or equivalent professional qualifications - essential
• Experience in software design and system interoperability including good understanding of all or most of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, WCF, API-based services, web-hooks and related technology trends
• Extensive experience of the Software Development Life Cycle utilising ITIL, Prince2 and Agile
• Good working knowledge of software development, programming languages and integrated development environments including but not limited to Salesforce and .NET Framework
• Experience of working with multiple third parties
• Ability to influence others
• Ability to synthesise information often from specialised and technical subject matter, and translate to meet varied needs of different audiences
• Able to work at both a detailed and strategic level
• Negotiating and management of commercial contracts to deliver and assess value for money
