2nd Line IT Engineer

We're working with a leading IT provider based in Central Manchester that delivers top-tier IT support and projects. They're looking for multiple driven and technically skilled 2nd Line Engineers to join their growing team. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies, handle complex technical escalations, and be supported in progressing into Cloud Infrastructure or Cyber Security roles.

• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• A passion for IT and a desire to progress into Cloud Infrastructure or Cyber Security
• MSP experience is essential
