Solutions Architect

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect (Cross Domain) to join our existing experienced team.

What we look for in a Solutions Architect

• Developing and deploying Cross Domain Solutions, including their design, use, testing and assurance.

• Sound understanding of the NCSC patterns and guidance for safely importing and exporting data.

• Ability to assess the product marketplace for products which meet requirements of the functional components of the solution.

• Ability to convey technical requirements for bespoke components required to software developers.

• Ability to understand user requirements and translate these into solution design.

• Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Experience of working with both hardware- and software-based cross domain approaches.

• Strong knowledge of cryptography and public key infrastructure.

• Experience of MOD systems and processes.

• Experience of MOD assurance processes.

It would also be desirable for you to have demonstratable experience of:

• Working with the MOD and Defence Digital processes and services.

• Supporting development in a Secure-by-Design methodology;

• Experience of Data-Centric Security principles.

• Experience working with Hardsec Cross Domain appliances.

• Experience of cloud deployment automation.

• Strong networking skills.
