1st Line Technical Support Engineer

As a 1st Line Engineer at Oriium, you'll play a key role in keeping our service platform running smoothly and reliably. Your day-to-day will include performing essential system checks, monitoring platform health, and proactively addressing potential issues before they impact users. You'll support platform updates, manage backups, and carry out routine maintenance tasks that ensure our customers' services remain seamless and secure. In short, your work will help maintain the strong, efficient backbone of our service delivery.

• Have experience or a strong interest in IT support or infrastructure monitoring.
• Hold an IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+) and core technical knowledge.
• Are career-focused and eager to learn and progress.

• Have knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, or storage-or are eager to learn.
